[求助] 关于四大银行的功能，利息的计算

今天刚上来，看到系统升级有了很大的改善；比前二天好多了！
看到银行也进行了改革，好！请教各位老大；活期利息的定义是（过去的按24小时）吗？那定期的定义是一周？一月？还是一年。
四大银行的利息和手续费都一样，它们的区别在那呢？是看行长的背景？银行的监管？
