任何改革都是有阵痛的，这点应该算是常理，如何减到最小是关键！
我是看着热闹才来的，也看了很多的回复，感觉就是一句话，一个巴掌拍不响！
管理有点猛，作者有点浪，两下都平静一些不好？非要一拍两散才过瘾？
玩坛子争得就是这些吗？想必都老大不小的了，心胸宽点不行吗！真是的！
