这个会影响精子质量的，如果不是很严重，药物可以治疗一段时间后再检查。
如果比较严重，已经影响到精子质量了，可以通过手术治疗的。
这个和射精不射精一般没什么关系，具体什么原因导致的，有原发和继发，这个要医院去看下
